Hand painted metal turtle wall hanging. Can be used both indoors and outdoors. The turtle is hand cut from recycled steel drum in Haiti. The details of the tropical design have been hammered into a bas-relief to accent the painted decorative designs. There is a hanger on the back. The choice of rich colors is especially attractive.
