How do I make payment?
You may use any major credit card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover plus PayPal. Your credit card payment will be charged just prior to shipping. PayPal payments are charged when your order is placed.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us. If necessary, we will issue a pick up and replacement. If something is missing, which does not show as a backorder, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.
How do you handle exchanges and returns?
We try offer good pictures and description of our products. In the event that you purchase something and then decide not to keep it, please email us for instructions on how to proceed. We will provide a return address. It will by your responsibility to return the item(s). You will be refunded the purchase price less the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of date of receipt of order.
What do I do if an item is damaged?
Please inspect the contents of of your shipment as soon as it arrives to confirm no damage has occurred. If you find damage, please send an email to Tropic Decor to report damage, within 72 hours. We will arrange to pick-up the piece and send a replacement.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because all of our pieces are handmade, we do not always have everything in stock. Orders are normally shipped within 1 - 3 weeks of the placing of your order.
